He has focused on a broad range of scopes including Physical Needs Assessments, Environmental Site Assessments, Zoning Conformance Reporting, ALTA Surveys, Industrial Hygiene, and Subsurface Investigations. The broad range of expertise defines Mr. Pexa as a great leader with regards to the requirements of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae securitizations, Housing and Urban Development financing, United States Department of Agriculture, and Integrated Physical Needs Assessments. He ensures quality throughout the project by focusing on Client service, field team integrity, technical report QA/QC, along with timely and complete submissions.
