With more than 30 years’ experience championing causes that inspire social good through sports, entertainment and pop culture, Lou has become a go-to resource when it comes to creating the unlikeliest of partnerships between the business and non-profit communities. Lou’s passion and insights to drive cultural change and empower employees led Nova Group, GBC through our organizational purpose-based transformation highlighted by our new CSR plan and incorporation as a General Benefit Corporation (GBC).
In his role, Lou is responsible for leading our CSR strategy, managing Nova Group’s GBC commitment and developing our ESG strategy.
